La’MayRoses orders are processed within 1-2 business days - make sure to read description under each product it will tell you how long it takes for us to make that specific arrangement) with FREE shipping Australia-wide on all our floral arrangements. We charge $10 flat rate delivery fee on all other arrangements under $80 such as gift boxes etc and free on orders over $80. We offer nationwide and worldwide shipping on all floral collections.

  • Made to order items take approximately 1-2 business days to dispatch. 
  • Glam Alcohol - Due to high demand please allow up to 14 working days for your order to dispatch.
  • Orders shipped from our Perth warehouse takes approximately 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time for rural areas.
  • Delivery: We offer Local PERTH hand delivery within (50kms La’MayRoses HQ). If you live further your item/s will be posted or alternatively we can hand-deliver for an extra $20-50 depending on your location this will cover our travel expenses. 
  • We can offer weekend deliveries for certain areas in Perth. Additional charges may apply. Please arrange this in advance by emailing us at hello@lamayroses.com
  • International Shipping: 6-10 business days. We are NOT responsible for the duties and taxes that may apply when arriving to the address provided, please check with your country’s relevant department on potential import costs. 

  • Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will not be shipped until the following week. For express shipping options, please email us at hello@lamayroses.com so that we can help.
  • If you need a specific delivery date, please select your date in the calendar at cart before checkout. Please note that your order(s) may deliver 3-5 days earlier than the date provided, as we try to ship it out prior to the date so it arrives on time.
  • All our arrangements are made to order, please order in advance if you need it by a certain date. (Make sure to read description under each product it will tell you how long it takes for us to make that specific arrangement)

  • Every international order requires a signature upon delivery.
  • If you assign non-signature for delivery, we are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items. 

  • Please double-check the shipping and mailing address(es) you input during checkout, to ensure proper delivery to the correct address.
  • Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. 
  • If your item has tracking and is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier used to deliver your order(s).
