Returns and Exchanges

Please choose your purchase carefully, as we do NOT offer refunds or returns on any of our La’MayRoses arrangements based on changed of mind or otherwise.

  • For hygienic and safety purposes, we do NOT offer refunds or returns on our sweets and treats boxes. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, stolen, or melted chocolate during shipping or when/if left outside.
  • Everything is made to order. ALL cancelations must be received 2 hours after payment, if you’d like to cancel your order(s). 
  • We are happy to exchange and replace items if there’s an issue, defect, or damage with your order. Please take a photo immediately upon receiving your order(s) and noticing the damage for documentation. Photos can be sent to care@lamayroses.com
  • No refunds will be given for delays or issues out of our control. For example, natural disasters, weather, or delivery issues. 
  • We must be notified of your request to exchange within 24 hours of you receiving your order. All exchanges must be unused in the original packaging, and in the same condition when received. We package our products as securely as we can, but some items may become damaged while in transit.
